I live in a small town called Adelaide, This is a small town in South Australia. If you look at the city from Google Maps, you will find this is a well-planned city. Although it is considered to be Australia’s top five cities, Adelaide is still a very leisurely and slow-paced city compared to some super-city like Sydney, Melbourne, that also a reason why I chose to study in this city.
During the three months of living in Adelaide, this lovely little town brought me the most profound images are friendly resident, clear and transparent sky also large expanses of green space. The university I attended —- the University of Adelaide are not divided with city by wall. To walk along the riverside of North Adelaide is the favorite thing I always do after the class. Can leisurely boast the breeze and watch the sunset, this feeling is indeed another bustling big city can not be given.
The animal species are also different with any other country. Base on the effect of plate drift, Australia’s ecosphere are already evolved alone nearly 40,000 years. until 1770, some European finally discover this land, other species only got chance to migration to Australia. Want contact with wild life face to face? Australia is a absolutely a good place.
In the central of Adelaide, the ‘sea’ of pigeon definitely is the most special landscape in Adelaide. If you dare to take out the food such as bread and eat while walking. You will absolutely being surrounded by these little birds.
